Joseph Decker, a native of Laredo, Texas, is an author of short stories, poetry and novels. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has worked in the technology industry, owned a design and engineering firm, and retired from the University of Houston SBDC after 22 years of service assisting small business owners with their business issues and funding needs to grow their companies.
